Prism Chat brings the power of AI directly into your Firefox sidebar and toolbar. Interact with webpages, summarize long articles, search tab history, and manage browser tasks using local offline models or your preferred cloud AI providers.

Webpage Chat: Ask questions, get summaries, or extract key insights from the active page in real-time.
Local & Private AI: Run fully offline inference using local models via the Prism desktop app, ensuring your webpage content never leaves your computer.
Cloud AI Flexibility: Connect with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, and other providers with your own API keys.
Browser & Tab Management: Organize tab groups, search browser history, and manage bookmarks through natural language commands.
Multi-Tab Context: Mention other open tabs to reference multiple sources at once.
LaTeX Math Rendering: Beautiful mathematical formulas rendered locally with KaTeX.

Click the Prism Chat icon in your toolbar or open the Firefox Sidebar and select Prism Chat.
Select your AI provider (Local Prism companion app or your cloud API key).
Chat with the AI about the current page, or ask it to perform browser tasks.

Prism Chat is local-first. We do not collect, track, or sell your conversations, page content, or browsing history. All data is processed locally on your machine or sent directly to the AI provider you configure.
