Shorten URLs with Polr v2. This add-on requires that you have a Polr v2 account (or that you host your own Polr v2 instance)

NOTE: If you are updating from 0.0.4 to 0.6 you will have to re-enter the URL to your Polr installation and your API key. Sorry about that.
