My whole feeling in terms of racing is that you have to be very bold.~Bill Rodgers This is an ocean kayak, but the photo was taken near the start of the Texas Water Safari, "The World's Toughest Canoe Race." Over 250-miles along San Marcos & Guadalupe Rivers from San Marcos, TX, to San Antonio Bay. The racers have to carry all provisions & can only be re-supplied with ice & water. This racer is my son.
