What happened to the desktop app? I can't download it anymore from the website, only a browser extension. I was very happy with the app before but it seems they decided to remove it for some reason I ignore (I can't find any explanation on their website). Now we have to open a web browser whenever we need to retreive a password? wtf? What about when I want to login to another desktop app and not on a website? I will no longer continue with NordPass unless they bring back the desktop app.

No longer works with Dark Reader, which I need as an accessibility option in my browser. This has only been an issue in the last month or so (June 2024), so NordVPN need to fix their app!

I don't want NordPass for Firefox I want the stand alone application!

BitWarden is a far better product. This POS does counterintuitive things, mis-stores data, and is a royal PITA to use. Rookie software, not ready for the enterprise.

NordPass is buggy as anything. Desktop app doesn't sync to browser extensions quickly or the phone app at all (requires log-out or force close on desktop, then logging back in and force closes the app on the phone for it to work). I've tried the extension on Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave and the extension doesn't detect 75% of the textboxes it should. Also, it constantly tried to overwrite things like Workday for job applications when the log-ins are for completely different companies.

not stable at all. Add-On is very buggy: 1. always shows "please login to Nordpass" even when you are, 2. the drop-down window with Account Suggestions, if it appears, its often at a very unusable position and 3. two thirds of formulars it doesn`t pop up at all.

absoluter Müll. Die Websites erkennen das addon nicht und man muss ständig die accounts suchen und kopieren. Wenn man mit Accounts arbeitet ist das mega nervig. Als wenn ich dafür noch was zahlen würde, denn Werbung klappt immer wie es aussieht.

Utterly broken. Issues ignored by Nordpass and their helpline is useless. I have switched to Bitwarden so at least it works now

Autocomplete hasn't worked for months on Firefox.Huge problem i bought it because of the autocomplete and it dosent work in firefox chrome samsung mobile . One or two times you see partial compllition with my data. I dont know who to fix it but i am not going to be customer after the end of my payment . Free password managers work better to be honest . Please fix the problem ...

Anfangs funktionierte es echt gut. Seit einiger Zeit dauert es fast ca. 30 Sek. bis z.B. in GMX das Pass zur Verfügung steht. Habe bisher noch keine Lösung für dieses Problem gefunden. Bitte um Hilfe, falls möglich.

Doesn't autofill on Firefox, nor does Firefox show that the app is signed onto or in use. Making this nearly as useless as Nord VPN -- had contact with their support staff. Again, completely nonfunctional expensive junk. Doesn't work at all. Nothing they do can fix it. Reading other reviews, the crap app has had problems with Firefox from the start. NordPass and NordVPN has ripped me off for the last. They're out at end of contract. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP.
