- The consent screen now appears before the wallet is set up. It asks
  separately about the optional transaction-history lookup, which stays off
  unless you turn it on, and can be changed later in Settings > Data sharing.
- Wallet data is moved out of the browser's sync storage into local storage,
  and the synced copy is deleted rather than just ignored. An encrypted seed
  does not belong on the browser vendor's servers.
- The interface font is now bundled with the extension instead of being
  fetched from Google Fonts, so opening the wallet contacts nobody.
- Settings: wallets moved to the top. Your recovery phrase is now reached
  through Manage wallets, per wallet, instead of a separate section.
- The MINAR token now shows its own artwork rather than a placeholder letter.
This version opens on Nagara testnet by default.
