• Fixed: with a proxy enabled, the checker, the IP probe and data loading all
failed — the extension lost access to its own API during a check.
• Fixed: Russian mobile proxies were reported as "not working" — the check only
queried foreign IP services, which such proxies cannot reach.

🔒 Privacy improvements
- Removed UI options that previously had no effect (custom timezone,
custom language, custom geo-location, browser fingerprint disable).
These settings claimed to override browser values but never applied.
A schema migration cleans up these orphan fields automatically.
- WebRTC IP-leak protection (Disable WebRTC) now actually works:
uses chrome.privacy.network API and the new "privacy" permission.

🐛 Bug fixes
- Settings page: the Cancel and Save buttons no longer stretch
full-width and stack vertically. They now sit side-by-side with
consistent sizing, and the Cancel button text remains readable
on hover.
- Toolbar icon: a small green dot now appears in the top-right
corner when a proxy is active, instead of the "ON" text label
that overlapped the logo.
- Change-IP button: the loading spinner no longer hangs forever
after rotation. Requests to the rotation endpoint now bypass
the proxy itself (which used to drop the connection during IP
change), and time out gracefully with a partial-success state.

⚡ Performance
- Live updates: the proxy list automatically refreshes when storage
changes (e.g. background sync), so the UI no longer becomes stale
if you have multiple windows open.
