Newgrounds -> FixNewgrounds
Pixiv -> phixiv

Tumblr -> fxtumblr
Twitch -> fxtwitch
Twitter / X -> FxTwitter
YouTube -> Koutube

You can set the target domain for each service and optionally add custom source domains for alternate frontends or extra instance hosts.
