after a decade of using last pass one day it refused my password that hasnt changed since it was changed a month ago. it use to auto log on and now its refusing my password says cant recover my account only thing to do is reset and start over bull shit, moving to more reliable platform and one that doesnt expose my info to hackers.

This extension has been broken for weeks. Apparently, they've removed the local vault and now it loads the website, but it breaks if you've visited the site in the past and have old cookies stored. Also, judging from the Chrome version, they've broken something in site detection and now it's more likely to fail to detect your existing entries and prompt to create a new entry when you log in or update your password.

Mandatory online mode, broken features and total lack of interest from the company suggest this is not a good nest to put your eggs, esp. considering that this company is well known for tracking user data, suffered a data leak affecting user vaults, and there're several competitors that offer much better value even in their free tiers.

No longer usable after the last update. We have been an Enterprise provider for 8 years and a Lastpass MSP provider for 4 years. That's it. No longer usable with the new version in FF. We will probably switch to Bitwarden in 2025. We were afraid that when LP was bought by LogMeIn, everything would become more expensive and worse. The prediction has now materialised. We and our customers will probably switch to Bitwarden. We are taking 2 months to plan everything. But it can't go on like this. Websites are not recognised, only partially filled in, the interface is much slower. Sorry, I have no idea what's going on in people's heads. The old add-on worked perfectly and now, after Chrome, FF is also affected. It is no longer possible to switch to the old addon. I'm really sad because I've been using LP for over 10 years myself. Now we are taking the hard step :(

LastPass addon-on is not working since authorizations update. We can't confirm our choices and we can't access passwords.

Gone downhill severely in the past few months. Now it just doesn't do autofill, doesn't recognize any of the sites I visit as even having an account. Can't get to my settings because it logs me out and makes me sign in only to then show me a blank screen. Just straight up garbage. Hello, Bitwarden, here I come!

Just as other people have reported, it stopped working 2 weeks ago in Firefox. The extension has Javascript issues which prevent it from doing anything. I'm suprised they don't care to fix this not even after so much time. It's always been a mess, but now it's totally useless.

LastPass stopped working in Firefox a couple of weeks ago. Now when I click on Log In, it takes me to this useless link: lastpass.com/vault/?lpnorefresh=1 If it didn't still work on my phone, I'd be dead in the water.

I've been a Lastpass user for nearly 10 yrs
Lastpass is broken. It used to be a decent pw mgr but it has soooo many problems.

- slow searches for much used pw's
- vault won't open anymore in Firefox
- customer support SUCKS - no help

I am going to move to another pw manager

LastPass screws up the form details so often that I've developed a habit of copying the generated password so that, you know, I can *actually* save it correctly in the form, but their newest browser extension apparently no long allows me to do even that.

I'd like to generate secure passwords for every new website I have to login to, but LastPass seems to do their very best to make that as absolutely hard as possible.

Have been a premium user for some time now. Got an error while attempting to recover my account. I am so done with this app, as this seems to be a known problem. I do not reccomend this app to anyone.

Using on Mozilla Firefox. Works for a little while, then it doesn't. Work around is to delete it and then add it back. Annoying!
