- Added encrypted device key Export/Import in the popup, so the same
  registration can be shared across multiple browsers or installs.
  - Export: set a one-time passphrase, get a QR code and a base64 text
    blob to copy.
  - Import: paste the blob and enter the passphrase on the receiving
    install.
- All encryption is local (Web Crypto AES-256-GCM, key derived via
  PBKDF2-SHA256). No data leaves the browser.
- No KAIST-facing protocol changes; the new flow only moves the existing
  per-device key between Kaikey installations.
