Gitlab Issue Template Autor: Caio César Gallo

This extension add new features to Gitlab site.

For now, it's add a template button on description field when you're opening a new issue. You can change the template text in add-on settings and it's possible to change the default Gitlab url to your on-premisse gitlab.
