Not sure what an email is or why you got it? Fred tells you in one plain sentence: "This is an advertisement. Kohl's is trying to sell you something." "This is a bill or payment notice. It's asking you to pay." Fred also spots sponsored content, tells you whether anything needs doing, and explains confusing words like "EOB" or "ACH transfer."
