See who unfollowed you on Instagram — without an account, a subscription, or handing your data to anyone.

Follower Tracker reads your own follower and following lists using the Instagram session you are already signed in with, keeps them on your computer, and compares each check against the last one.

What it shows:

• Who unfollowed you — every account that left since your last check
• Who doesn't follow you back — everyone you follow who doesn't follow you
• Who you don't follow back — the reverse
• Mutuals — the people you both follow
• New followers, and your own recent follows and unfollows
• History — every check you have run, with the gain or loss for each

Every list is searchable, sortable, and exports to CSV.

Free, and actually free. No trial, no paid tier, no follower cap, no account, no upsell.

It never asks for your password. You are already signed in to Instagram in this browser, and it uses that. There is no login screen and no account of any kind.

No telemetry. No analytics, no usage statistics, no crash reporting, no ads. There is no server behind this add-on — your follower lists are saved in your own browser and never uploaded. One button deletes all of it. The only thing it contacts is Instagram itself: instagram.com for your lists, and Instagram's image servers for profile pictures.

Several Instagram accounts are tracked separately, so switching accounts never mixes their numbers. You choose the scan speed, and the settings screen tells you what your choice costs in time.

Good to know: Instagram's terms of service do not permit automated reading of follower lists — true of every tool in this category, paid ones included. Scans are paced slowly on purpose. Scan occasionally rather than constantly.
