To authenticate with OpenOdin sites and to sign data, Ed25519 cryptographic keys are used.
However, private keys must never be exposed to the site or app it self as that compromises the users account and cryptographic identity. To solve this private keys are held in the OpenOdin Datawallet fully isolated from any site the users chooses to interact with.
