The intent of this extension is to allow users to highlight phone numbers that are not formatted as a "tel:" link already, (like this: 123-456-7890) and right click them, and select "dial" to call them.
This allows end users to call any phone number using an application they've selected, such as Webex, despite whether or not the link is already a hyper link (tel: link) or not.
