bettermp replaces the Second Life Marketplace's browsing pages with a faster,
denser interface — right in your browser, on your own logged-in session. The
real site keeps handling search, your cart, and checkout; bettermp re-renders
the browsing experience on top of it.

WHAT YOU GET

• Dense grid with infinite scroll — no more 96-items-per-page. Next pages
preload before you reach the bottom, and the Back button restores exactly
where you were: same results, same scroll position, no reloading.
• Hover previews — sweep your mouse across any result card to flip through the
listing's gallery images in an enlarged popover, with the item's
description right below, without opening the page.
• Saved searches — save any search with one click, filters and all (including
the body filter), and jump back to it from the filter rail.
• Body filter — show only items whose title names your body (Maitreya, Legacy,
eBody/Reborn, Kupra, Belleza, and more — aliases included), or only items
that name none. Instant, no reload.
• Blacklists — block stores with one click on a result card, and hide listings
whose titles contain terms you choose. Managed from the in-app settings
drawer or the extension's options page; export your blocked stores as CSV
or JSON anytime.
• Store review badges (opt-in) — fetch "Trish's list", a public single-
reviewer store review sheet, and see verdict, permission and AI-use tags on
result cards; optionally hide creators flagged for AI use. Off by default.
• Real dark mode — the whole interface, plus a best-effort dark skin on the
native pages (cart, checkout) that stay untouched.
• Full search controls — category tree, price range, maturity, permissions,
land impact, and all eleven of the site's sort orders.
• Rebuilt item pages — keyboard-navigable gallery, clean description tabs,
sibling chips (other colors, fatpack, demo of the same product), and
add-to-cart that goes through the site's own cart.
• Freebie fast-lane — orders with a zero total are placed automatically after
a visible countdown you can always cancel. Can be turned off in settings.

STAYS OUT OF YOUR WAY

• One click on the toolbar icon switches the whole thing off and back on.
• Every page has an escape hatch to the untouched native page.
• Buying is always the site's own flow — bettermp never touches payment.

PRIVACY

bettermp runs entirely in your browser. It talks only to
marketplace.secondlife.com, using your existing session — plus, only if you
enable the store-review setting, a single public read-only Google Sheet. It
collects nothing, transmits nothing, and has no analytics, no accounts, and
no backend. Your preferences (theme, filters, saved searches, blacklists)
are stored locally.
