Bugfixes:
- Remove Support PIN from inline-server-info and copy-all button.
- System will now append the server ID between /server/page links.
- added {id} option to add the link to other pages.

The new console layout has been reverted, all old console items have been unarchived and the new ones are archived again.
There is also a new (big) Clean Server List option which now also works together with the build in sorting.
The custom-server-order feature has been archived as it is now possible to do this properly using the build in falix version (thank you for your service custom-server-order.

NEW! screenshot censoring!
A button has been added at the left of the enable/disable box that will censor all bad information from your screen so you can take screenshots, all items can be disabled if wanted and you can change what it replaces with.

This includes: Server Name, Server IP, Server Port, Server Dynamic IP, Profile Username, Profile Tag, Profile Picture URL, Console Player Names, Console UUIDs, Console Player IPs from the console, server list and network page

I also fixed the bug that themes didn't work on non-chrome browsers.
