Available Drivers is a workflow extension for dispatch and operations teams who manage driver availability across CRM and Zoho. It helps users quickly collect available drivers from the Drivers Calendar, match and highlight those drivers inside Scheduled Trips, and export the selected results to Google Sheets for further planning and coordination.

The extension is built around a simple day-to-day process. On the CRM calendar page, it reads the first relevant day column and saves only drivers marked as available. On the Zoho Scheduled Trips page, it highlights the corresponding drivers directly in the driver column, making it easier to see who can be assigned. After that, the user can export the highlighted rows to Google Sheets in a clean, structured format for reporting or operational use.

Available Drivers is intentionally lightweight and focused. It does not try to replace your CRM or Zoho workflow. Instead, it reduces manual searching, matching, and copying between systems, helping teams move faster with fewer mistakes when working with driver schedules and trip data.
