You spent hours getting a Custom GPT or a Gem just right. Custom GPT creation is gone from
ChatGPT Plus and Pro, and Gemini's Gems move to "skills" on November 17, 2026. Keep the
instructions you built, and use them anywhere.

Save
• Open a Custom GPT's Configure page or a Gem's edit page and click "Save to Assistant
Keeper". The name, description, instructions and conversation starters are read from the
page; you check them and press Save.
• Or add any assistant by hand: a name and the instructions.

Start
• One click starts it in a new ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini chat: the instructions go into the
message box, and you press Send.
• Pick a conversation starter to begin with, or copy the whole thing as a message.

Keep
• Search your assistants, edit them, export them as JSON or Markdown, and import them on
another computer.

Private by design: no account, no analytics, no server of ours. Your assistants are stored in
your browser and only ever pasted into chats you open.
