URL Translator av Matthias Merkel

Adds an icon to the address bar that translates the current URL. The goal is to forward web sites to academic journals through institutional (e.g. university) proxies to allow legal access to the journal articles.

Translate the current URL into one that corresponds to a proxy of an academic institution, e.g.: "https://journals.aps.org/" -> "https://journals-aps-org.inp.bib.cnrs.fr/". To trigger this address translation, click on the key symbol in the address bar, and then select the academic institution.
