How does it work?

Using machine learning algorithms, Truman Grade works by scanning websites in real-time for elements of risk, safety, privacy and credibility and then grading the issues we find. Here’s a quick look at these sections:

Risk—Is the site safe for you visit? That is the question that Truman Grade asks every time it sees a new website. Grade checks in real-time for malware, phishing, blacklist, and high spam risks that could put you in danger.

Security—Does a website protect you? Grade looks at the encryption measures and network configurations to help you know if it’s a safe place to share money and personal information.

Privacy—Does a website respect your data? Truman Grade is the first app in the world to use a machine learning algorithm to breakdown privacy policies into an easy-to-consume summary. We empower you with data so that you can make quick decisions about sharing your information.
