Tab Position Manager av Thomas

Automatically move a new tab based on URL to a position next to another tab.
If the active tab before opening the new one was pinned, the new tab opens left to the Target-Tab. If it was unpinned it opens right to the Target-Tab. Although this is not optimal, for reasons of speed it remains like this.
