a very light web-extension, designed to give you starting point of privacy, especially in scenarios where you don't have full control on the amount of tabs loaded at once.

for example restoring a large previous session.
while some browsers (Firefox/TOR) has the benefit of lazyload the session, so only when you switch to a tab it gets loaded,
chromium based browsers just loads up all at once.

although web-extensions loads up after most core components, and you probably won't be able to tightly, really, block the internet from the starting point, as you would if you'll use a proxy or switch to airplane mode (or turn off the wifi),
this web-extension is a self-contained solution that works pretty well, or just "well enough".

it takes some getting used to it,
but you'll see it kind of growing on you, click to globally switch the internet ON/OFF.

the web-extension simply designed around static ruleset that blocks everything, and toggled enabled/disabled by user clicking the web-extension button-badge (pin the icon to the toolbar for an easy access).

the web-extension also asks <all_url> host permission for running a small content script that stops loading asap, and clears up the document, it helps with partial caches, some website's offline mode and repeat reloading (like in meta-refresh), it also reduces the RAM and CPU, and rendering time to almost zero,
while still keeping the tab's URL,
so you can refresh it, manually (by design).

open-source,
no ads,
no data-collection,
zero configuration (set and forget).
