Om denne utvidinga
GitHub PR Copilot Comments Enhancer helps you move faster from code review feedback to implementation by adding one-click IDE actions directly next to Copilot comments in GitHub pull requests.
When GitHub shows Copilot review feedback, this extension adds convenient actions like Fix in VS Code and Fix in Cursor, so you can open your preferred editor chat with the comment context already prepared. No manual copy-paste, no context switching overhead.
What it does:
- Detects Copilot review comment areas on GitHub pull request pages.
- Adds IDE-specific quick actions in the comment action row.
- Builds a useful prompt from the review comment and file path context.
- Supports configurable IDE targets (enable or disable per IDE in settings).
- Includes popup shortcuts for quick access to settings and project links.
Why install it:
- Reduce repetitive copy-paste during PR reviews.
- Keep your review-to-fix workflow smooth and focused.
- Jump from GitHub feedback to your local coding environment in one click.
How it works:
- Open a GitHub pull request with Copilot review comments.
- Click an injected IDE action button next to the comment.
- Your editor opens via deeplink with the generated prompt context.
Privacy and data handling:
- No analytics or tracking.
- No extension-managed backend services.
- No personal data collection by the extension author.
- Only minimal local settings storage (enabled IDE preferences).
- The extension reads visible PR comment content and file path context only to generate IDE deeplinks.
Permissions:
- storage: used to persist your IDE toggle settings.
- GitHub pull request page access: used to detect comments and render action buttons on matching PR pages.
If you want a faster GitHub PR review workflow with Copilot comments and modern editor handoff, this extension is built for exactly that.
