Om denne utvidinga
Distraction Guard is a small Firefox extension designed to interrupt addictive browsing patterns without blocking websites immediately.
It monitors configured distracting domains such as YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and any custom domains added by the user. After a delay, it shows a simple prompt asking whether the page is really worth keeping open. The user can either keep the page open or close the tab.
The extension also includes a local “things to do instead” page. Users can create sections, add ideas, check completed items, delete items, and manage the list of monitored websites.
No data is collected, transmitted, sold, or shared. All settings and lists are stored locally with browser.storage.local. The extension does not make external network requests.
