Right-click a bookmarks folder (in Bookmarks Menu, Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Button, Bookmarks Sidebar or Library) and click 'Bookmark Tab(s) Here' to insert bookmark(s) of currently selected tab(s) at top (or optionally at bottom) of that folder. Right click individual bookmark menuitem instead, to insert bookmark of currently selected tab(s) below (or optionally above) that item.

Ctrl-click 'Bookmark Tab Here' to edit (single) bookmark name and/or create new folder into which to insert bookmark(s). Or set Option to always display Editor.

Read and modify bookmarks: Enable adding bookmarks
Access browser tabs: Access tab details (tab title, url) for use in setting bookmark

* Added option "When accessing via an individual bookmark item's context menu" Insert bookmark above/below that bookmark item
* Added (very experimental) option to move an already existing bookmark rather than creating a duplicate. I.E. If bookmark url is identical, first bookmark found gets moved, rather than duplicated. (The intent here is not to find every duplicate, but merely to avoid creating duplicates.) Backing up your bookmarks is highly recommended before enabling!

* Known issues with 'Move Instead Of Duplicating' Option:
1. Option will not prevent creating duplicates of bookmarks with 'file:' or 'about:' urls. This is due to a bug in the Firefox API (Bug 1352835).
2. Option will likely prevent BTH from bookmarking some other atypical urls such as 'moz-extension:' (i.e. the bookmark will silently fail to set).
