Over deze extensie
YouTube subscriptions give you one giant, undifferentiated feed, while playlists don't automatically organize new uploads by topic.
YT Channels lets you group the channels you follow into your own categories, such as Programming, Physics, True Crime, or whatever makes sense to you, and browse a dedicated feed containing only the latest videos from that category.
FEATURES
• Organize channels into as many categories as you want. A channel can belong to multiple categories.
• Open a dedicated feed with category tabs across the top and a responsive, YouTube-style video grid below.
• Switch between your categories without losing track of where you are.
• Shorts are excluded automatically, so you can focus on regular videos.
• Feeds are fetched only for the category you actually open, rather than all your channels at once.
• Feeds are cached locally, making it quick to switch back to categories you've already opened.
• Everything stays on your device. There is no account, cloud sync, telemetry, or external server.
• Export your categories and channel list to a JSON file and import them again whenever you want.
No API key, account, or additional setup is required. Just install the extension and add your channels.

• YouTube's RSS feeds cap at the 15 most recent uploads per channel. A channel that posts more than 15 times between visits will show gaps rather than a full history. This is a hard limit of the feed source, not something the extension can work around without an API key.
• Live streams/premieres are currently excluded alongside Shorts, as a side effect of the feed used to filter Shorts out. Not intentional, just an accepted trade-off for now.
• Firefox for Android and Chrome/Edge are not supported or tested.
• No watched/read-state tracking, cloud sync, or automatic background notifications in this version.
