2 What information do we collect?
2.1 Personal & User Data
When you take a service from WeCloudit, or when you contact us, WeCloudit processes your Personal Data. Personal data is data that can be traced back to a person. The word 'processing' has a very broad meaning. It contains any action relating to personal data, including the collection, retention, modification, consulting and use, providing, coining, shielding, erasure or destroying data.
Information WeCloudit asks for when you take a service from us are your: name, address, phone number, email address, and your IBAN number.
2.2 Traffic data
When using our services, traffic data is processed. These are data necessary to set up communication. Traffic data say something about communication, such as the sender and destination number that has been called, the date, time and duration of the call, and the costs charged for this purpose. This data does not contain the content of the communication. In the case of a data session, we also store the amount of data, and when roaming the network used.
Traffic data is automated generated and processed.
2.3 Location information
When you set up a call or a data session, our liver nacier processes data that can create a very rough location determination about where you are at that time. They use this information to determine whether the call or the data session takes place inside or outside the Netherlands.
WeCloudit uses KPN's mobile network. KPN is able to make an accurate location determination when a call or data session is set up by looking at which cell tower is being used. WeCloudit can't access this information.
WeCloudit.nl also uses Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Social Media cookies (such as Facebook and LinkedIn) to analyze how users use the site. As for Google Analytics, cookie-generated information about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to track how you use the website, draw up website activity reports for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage.
When visiting our head office, you will be registered as a guest. We use this registration with a view to safety, so that in the event of a calamity we can quickly clear the property without leaving someone behind.
Another security measure we've taken in our office building is to take camera shots. We do this to protect our guests, staff and the property. On location, you will be clearly informed about the presence of these cameras.
3 What do we use the information for?
3.1 Delivery of services, and invoicing
WeCloudit uses the aforementioned data primarily to deliver and improve the services you have taken. Think of delivering an order to the indicated address or setting up a phone call.
Based on these services and its consumption, WeCloudit draws up an invoice. This way you can see mobile costs incurred abroad, call costs, data consumption and more. The invoice does not list the calls or data sessions. An overview at the level of detail, for control and for your own administration, can be found in our customer portal.
3.2 Traffic management, network planning and quality of service
For the purpose of maintaining and improving our platform, we analyse data on the use of our network. We do this, among other things, so that we can adjust in time for possible overload, but above all to prevent this by planning and implementing targeted improvements. We can also use the information to see if there is a malfunction in the platform.
Based on analyses on the call and Internet behavior, WeCloudit can proceed to limit certain destinations when exorbitant use is detected. Higher consumption than the average regular call behavior may indicate fraud. A blockade can limit fraud and abuse and prevent you from getting a huge account for costs you have not incurred yourself. WeCloudit also uses advanced techniques (such as firewalls, spam filters and virus scanners) to protect against security breaches, viruses, spam and malware.
3.4 Number view
WeCloudit always passes your number to the called number. This ensures that your number is visible to the other on the phone's display. This can be disabled by calling anonymously. However, we are legally obliged to always send the number to 112 when calling 112.
3.5 Legal obligations
Under the law, WeCloudit is required to provide your data to third parties in some cases. You can consider the provision of data in the context of a criminal investigation and to competent authorities.
3.6 Training and training of staff
When you contact the helpdesk, the call may be recorded for training purposes. Before the call, you will be informed about this.
3.7 Annoying or malicious calls
If someone harasss you by phone, you can report it to us and submit a request to us in writing to block the number of those whose annoying or malicious calls come from. If you harass someone else by phone, the other person can report it to us and make the same request. If we receive such a request, we will contact you. If the complaint persists, WeCloudit will, as last instance, provide your telephone number, name, address, and place of residence to the applicant.
3.8 Number retention and transfer service (COIN)
WeCloudit gives you the ability to keep your number when you switch from provider. To do this, we exchange data with your current, or next provider. In case of a fixed number, this concerns the current phone number, and your NAW data. A mobile number is shared with the SIM card number, phone number, and your name. The exchange of this is done through the association COIN. COIN is a partnership of providers of electronic communications services and networks in the Netherlands.
