When you open the popup, the extension queries StatusGator's status page aggregator database which continuously ingests user reports and official status pages from thousands of SaaS providers, cloud platforms, and APIs - to return the current state (up, warning, down, or maintenance) along with any active incidents.

If the site is down for you, can you report an outage directly in the extension which feeds into StatusGator's crowd-sourced signal layer to flag incidents before vendors officially acknowledge them.
