Passwords remain entirely on the user's device.

The extension:

• does not send passwords to any server
• does not store passwords
• does not log passwords
• does not analyze password contents

ShowPass does not communicate with any external services.

No analytics, telemetry, advertisements, or tracking are included.


The extension only requests the minimum permissions necessary to provide context menu actions and keyboard shortcuts for password fields.


If this privacy policy changes in future releases, the updated version will be published alongside the extension.
