SanitizeMe - clean YouTube links automatically

SanitizeMe strips tracking and clutter parameters from YouTube links the moment you click them. When you open a youtube.com or youtu.be link, the extension rewrites the URL at the network layer, before the page loads, so you never see a flash of the "dirty" address and never get redirected twice.

By default, it removes si (the share-tracking token added to copied links), feature, and pp, while leaving the parameters that actually matter, like the video ID (v) and timestamp (t), completely untouched.

Want different behavior? The options page lets you edit the full list of parameters to strip, one per line. Your list syncs across your devices through your Firefox account.

SanitizeMe collects no data, sends nothing to any server, and runs entirely on your machine. It only touches YouTube domains and does one job: giving you shorter, cleaner, tracker-free links to share.
