door Amazon13, 6 jaar geledenIt is requesting updates too often. I do not agree with the newest terms of use and agreements. I do not want a password manager that is Universal across the board. Also I really do not like that the purchase is tied to the email that you register it with. And after you pay for it, it is not transferable to a new email, in the event that you have to change your email account. That is why I am not purchasing the paid version! I have been a paid customer for more than 20 yrs and all of a sudden Roboform changes their rules totally!
Not a good idea for the long time customer... For 20 years, I never even thought about using another Password Manager, Until now!

- Waardering: 1 van 5door Neil, 2 maanden geledenI've been using Roboform for years, and on the whole I like it - but the Firefox extension is SOOOO SLOOOW, it takes a good 10-15 seconds for the toolbar menu to open and populate (it is instant in Chrome). It happens on multiple PCs and reinstalling Firefox doesn't help. Please fix.

Multiple tickets that can't be fixed from the lack of support. They hold your sign in credentials hostage and or may delete them at anytime. Multiple issues with security such as having to make sure it doesn't stay signed in indefinitely. You better keep multiple copies of your sign in information or you will be having to redo constantly.

The "premium" support without any measurements or logging rejects to help me. Without any reason and checking they say the problem in firefox, not addon. They reject to make any logs or debugs or anything else.

Roboform has dramatically increased my online security and saved me a lot of time when filling in forms. I can't imagine living in the modern world without a good password manager. RoboForm is the best!

After several other app options just didn't work well enough, I found RoboForm and haven't looked back. It's very easy to use. It warns me of overused or potentially compromised passwords. It provides generated complex password. It keeps track of when I've changed a password, the date, and what the previous password does.
When I need support, RoboForm is great - helping find a solution or noting a problem for a fix in a future release (the last problem I brought them was fixed within days.)
I highly recommend RoboForm.
