Every time it logs you out, you have to uninstall the addon and reinstall it to log back in again. If you don't it won't work. Please fix this NordVPN.

And there's good reason for that. This is one of the better, even 'premium', VPNs out there. And yes, their service is fast. But it comes with several pains. This Firefox extension is pathetic. At it's best, it asks you to keep logging in, fails often, fails to load pages often, and the window is distorted (it keeps getting elongated!). At it's worst, well, it crashes and takes Firefox along with it.
It should be clear by now that this is not an isolated incident - something that can be resolved by customer service. This is an issue from the development of the extension - which needs to be sorted.
The Windows app (and phone apps) work well, but they're pretty heavy and battery hungry. So I wish this browser extension would 'just work' - but it doesn't.Hello.
