Making this nearly as useless as Nord VPN -- had contact with their support staff. Again, completely nonfunctional expensive junk. Doesn't work at all. Nothing they do can fix it. Reading other reviews, the crap app has had problems with Firefox from the start. NordPass and NordVPN has ripped me off for the last. They're out at end of contract. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP.

I contacted support who were unfortunately not a lot of help. I have now moved over to an alternative password manager as not having a seamless experience when using something so fundamental as YubiKeys is a dealbreaker for me!
In fairness, this is my only complaint with the product and I had been satisfied with it to the point when a product update caused this issue.

I had a nordvpn prepaid for another year, but it was not extended, but I was terminated when buying Nordpass. I am also not satisfied with Nordpass. It will not recognize the pages and I have to manually search the password and copy and paste it. Very impractical.

Of course, being a NordVPN customer, I get thrashed about the head and neck with "Try NordPASS!" Pop-Ups every single time I log on, so I finally relented and installed it, if only to get the annoying "begging notices" to go away. They immediately turned into "Activate NordPASS PRO now!" pop-ups... Geeez...
Unfortunately, there is no convenient way to import my passwords from BitWarden, and the ones I captured from my browser are antedated. I tried to edit one to update the user name, but the EDIT button won't click. There are several ways to attempt to edit, and I tried all I could find, but no luck.
Anything that is this difficult to operate for a guy who started programming in ASM (Assembly Language for the 8080/8088/Z80/Z80A family of chips) back in the late 1970s is not a good programme. Bitwarden is free and so far they haven't asked for money or withheld functionality... I'm uninstalling this Rube Goldberg device and going back to the one that works...

The extension rarely loads on command (just a spinning loading wheel indefinitely) and even when logged into the desktop app (which shouldnt even be necessary) the extension still doesnt recognize saved passwords so i need to copy+paste manually.

So what is the great different from using Bitwarden which server me great for free ?

Aggiornamento al 12/06/23, con l'ultimo aggiornamento l'estensione non funziona, bisogna disattivarla e riattivarla da gestione estensioni di firefox. Estensione tremenda.

I deeply regret this purchase and agree that the requirement to log in twice when you open a browser really stinks. If I could get my money back I would. God knows how that publication can rate your product so highly, they clearly didn't try to use it in the real world. It is truly awful.

1) If you open the browser before logging into the app. You have to Log in on their webpage with one account, then it'll open your destop app to which you login with your superspecial password. Then you can actually login somewhere on the web.
2) I have checked the option to launch at starup and unlock with windows hello. Given these settings. Why bother with logging in? I have just entered the windows hello like a few seconds ago? Doesn't it make sense to just open the app without password?
3) Right now I am logged in to the desktop app but the browser extension is still locked and there's nothing i can do about it. It just shows window with an infinite loading wheel. No error, nothing.
4) Did you enjoy the browser's default autocomplete function? Well say goodbye to that. Because now you can only fill in profiles that you have saved. So if you need to just write your email in some input field... you'll just type the whole damn thing. Or presave it to separate tab in the app.
Awful I imagine the whole UI/UX team would have a blast running a concentration camp because using this thing is torture and a clear violation of the Geneva convention. I, surprisingly, do not recommend.
