- Waardering: 1 van 5door Firefox-gebruiker 13714902, 2 dagen geledenNordPass now requires you to download a seperate app to work, this means, you can no longer use it inside Firefox and have to manually copy/paste the password and username (That's how it only seems to work for me atm). The extension itself doesn't do much anymore, except forcing you to open the app.

I paid too much for a two-year plan just a couple months ago. I'm leaving for Bitwarden or another password manager as soon as possible. Also moving my cloud storage and VPN to another provider. YUCK, STAY AWAY FROM NORD!

Anyway, Nordpass now seems like they don't care about customers either since this "Legacy" version doesn't work and if you try to click on the link support put for someone else, the Nordpass support says that they are working to resolve. Meanwhile, here I sit with a new PC and unable to get their tool to work in Firefox.

I hope this gets resolved asap.

The extension is so slow to load, and it often logs me out even when I select otherwise, and multiple times I have not been able to log in at all; just spinny wheel of death. When I try to get around the extension failure by using Norpass website instead, it redirects to app login, so I'm in limbo and unable to access any of my credentials. I have tried reinstalling extension, restarting browser, trying a different browser, restarting computer, turning off all other extensions, etc. Sometimes it works then. But so frustrating. Such a waste of time. Going back to a different password manager after this subscription ends.
