- Waardering: 1 van 5door XvPunisheR007vX, één uur geledenDoesn't work on firefox, which is the browser i always use, i tested it out on chrome and it works, someone pressed the wrong button when updating the firefox extension, it says no passwords are saved. I hope this gets resolved asap.

The extension is so slow to load, and it often logs me out even when I select otherwise, and multiple times I have not been able to log in at all; just spinny wheel of death. When I try to get around the extension failure by using Norpass website instead, it redirects to app login, so I'm in limbo and unable to access any of my credentials. I have tried reinstalling extension, restarting browser, trying a different browser, restarting computer, turning off all other extensions, etc. Sometimes it works then. But so frustrating. Such a waste of time. Going back to a different password manager after this subscription ends.

There used to be two versions and now only one, it was never clear which to use, it appears neither works. It doesn't autofill, I have to login back in to it every time I want to use it. Junk, don't bother. I'm paying for the VPN and this so now I'll be looking elsewhere.

The instructions, if provided, are confusing.I have tried all of their competition with less than positive results. I am not a software engineer, but an educated son of a cattle rancher. This app smells like something you would have stepped in while crossing a cow pasture.
