This extension intercepts clicks on .docx files in Moodle and opens them in a clean, built-in document viewer right in your browser. The document is fetched using your existing Moodle session, so it works seamlessly with your logged-in account—no extra authentication needed.

How It Works

When you click a .docx link on Moodle, the extension fetches the document using your browser's session cookies (preserving your authentication), then renders it locally using the docx-preview library. No external servers are involved—the document never leaves your browser.

Privacy

This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Documents are processed entirely within your browser and cleared from temporary storage after viewing.
