A extensão é boa, mas ainda falta funcionar no modo de leitura e também seria bom poder acessá-la diretamente via menu ao clicar-se com o botão direito do mouse.

I do not think it very practical having to select a word and then move the mouse cursor up to the addon icon, just to open a translation pop up. I think it would be more desirable to be able to select a word and have a pop up appear right next to it. The plugin is otherwise OK.

Doesn't even load Linguee! No updates in 4+ years, completely broken.

On clicking the button, the to-be-searched word shall be read from the clipboard, not least for I use the "copy on select" add-on. That would make for easy workflow. Auto-bookmark function (with bookmark management and/or integrating in Firefox bookmarks) is missing, for I tend to forget words I looked up (in other words, automated bookmarks would be best for studying). Neither "Pocket", that is now integrated in Firefox, nor the "traditional" bookmarks in Firefox are workarounds since Linguee opens in a little window that cannot be bookmarked :(

A Bookmarklet serves my purpose better, minus I've yet to figure out how to add bookmark functionality. Here it is:

If you want to use it, make a random Bookmark, click on its "preferences" and replace the URL with the above. To alter my version to your favorite lookup site, replace the URL in the line. Hugs

Tolles Add-on und das einzige verfügbare, dass die Übersetzung noch auf derselben Seite anbietet (!!!) und das funktioniert auch recht gut.
Manchmal läst das Linguee Fenster leider ewig, aber das ist erstmal halb so wild. Etwas schade (deshalb 4 und nicht 5 Sterne) ist, dass im Lesemodus und beim lesen einer PDF das Add-on ausnahmslos in einer endlosschleife lädt und nicht funktioniert (PC hängt deshalb aber nicht).
Hoffentlich kann das gefixt werden.

But sometimes the linguee window takes a bit to long to load (and sometimes it's like an infinite loop and the extension doesn't show up with the linguee site), however thats not the point why I "only" gave 4 stars. The extension never show up with the linguee site in reading mode or while reading a pdf document, the extension is captured in a loop or something similar and just shows me a rotating circle (my machine doesn't hang up, it's really the extension).
I hope this could be fixed in the future.

the extension is poorly made, the window where it appears is too small for the content and not resizeable and therefore not usable. also layers are overlapping each other.

Linguee is great service, but this Add-on is just very buggy:

The input fields is visible on top of the menu, which makes the menu nealry impossible to use.

Changing languages will not be persistet, I need to change them every time.

Everytime I open the Add-On it takes long to load.

The Menu shows EN-FR, but the title text shows "German – English", so which one is right?

Typing anywhere will type in the translation box, which means the language dropdowns can not be used properly by keyboard.

With a minimal font size set plenty of positions are off.

Safes much time when quickly search a word.
It would be great, if text-field has focus when no word is marked, to start typing immediately.
Staying open (link mentioned before) would be great to, when discovering a foreign text to mark different words from time to time without clicking Symbol each time.

First you select a word on any page, then you click on Linguee It, and the circles loads in about 0.2s.
Great plugin !

This module greatly simplify my readings.
Thanks to it I don't have to move to and fro from tab to tab.
However, it contains some graphical bugs. It would be really great if the module's window could stay open while browsing and automatically search new highlighted words.
Overall, it's a great little module wich jsut need to be improved a little.

Parabéns e obrigado pela ferramenta, tenho buscado uma solução alternativa ao google translate e acho que vou ficar por aqui.

Como sugestões gostaria de deixar a tradução à partir do clique com o botão direito na página (pelo menos do texto selecionado)
Outra questão que tem me preocupado e a lentidão, toda vez que clico no ícone na barra de status ele fica carregando alguns segundos até exibir as primeiras informações, para alterar o idioma (de/para) também há dificuldades.
Essa situação ocorre mesmo logado através da extensão.

That would be nice to have a shortcut; The pop up widow should directly fit the translated words. I have to scroll to go directly to the most important information
