In your preferences, list what websites you would like to be a little more mindful of. For each website, choose to:

Block
When you visit a website with the block option, clear the webpage and display a message of your choice instead.

Remind
When you visit a website with the remind option, prompt a message of your choice and choose to proceed or to block. If you choose to block, the website will be cleared and your reminder will be displayed instead.
