We only collect data necessary to provide and improve FrictionMelt. We do not sell your personal data -- ever.

All data is stored in the EU (AWS eu-north-1, Stockholm). Your data never leaves the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.

You have full control: access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time via your account settings or by emailing privacy@frictionmelt.com.

We use Stripe for payments (we never see or store your card details) and Anthropic/Bedrock for AI analysis (data is processed in the EU region and not used for model training).

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) and only set essential cookies by default. Marketing cookies require your explicit consent.
