Decent when it works properly but that is rare. 90% of the time it doesn't turn off annotations despite being set to and an increasingly more annoying issue is videos loading in a lower resolution forcing me to reload the page for the set resolution to take effect. The extension seemed to work much better with the legacy version of youtube. Since that's been completely scrapped now this extension is becoming more and more inconsistent. Dropped my new rating to 2 stars from the 4 I gave in the past because the issue with annotations has still not been fixed despite almost 3 years having passed.

    The add-on WAS really good before the latest update. Now it's decent, but has some slightly annoying bugs: volume bar and value stays on screen after adjusting volume (it should disappear after a few seconds like it did before); "cinema mode" text will get stuck on screen after activating it, so the user needs to roll the mouse cursor over the icon again to make it go away.
    The design was modernized at the cost of some useful quality of life tweaks, like being able to click the cinema mode icon (and others) even when at the bottom of the comments section (because now the icons bar wont scroll down with your screen, instead, it is fixed in the YouTube controls bar).
    This is still the best add-on for YouTube customization, but unfortunately I will remove it until the next update, hoping the small bugs I mentioned are fixed.

    Fantastic, been using this extension for years. However, in the most recent update that added lots of buttons and features, the youtube light/dark mode theme resets to light every time you close the browser. Super annoying.

    This app works pretty good but what Youtube really needs is a constant volume level control so all videos play at the same volume.

    После обновления исправили косяк с громкостью звука по умолчанию - теперь она не сбивается при чистке кеша браузера и новом запуске. В целом всё доработали и стало более стабильно. Молодцы.

    Захочет включится, а захочет выключится. Постоянно глючит в firefox. Делаю вход входит, а в левом столбце где подписки не входит.???

    If you're still wondering if you really need this extension: don't! Once it is installed, you will realize that this is what you have always been missing in YouTube. Combined with Video DownloadHelper, this is all you need to make YouTube perfect! Indeed, I never want to use YouTube without Enhancer for YouTube any more. Thanks, Maxime!

    Hi! The Enhancer is very good. My only suggestion is to apply the speed change when the "audio amplifier" is on. I can't make the video pass more fast when he are activated.
