Docs To-do Panel door Serafin

Collects the checklist items of a Google Doc in a small floating panel with assignees, due dates, sorting and two-way ticking.

Adds a floating panel to any google docs document that collates all checklist items from the doc.

You can add due dates by including "2026-12-24" somewhere in the list item and you can organise the items by using one or multiple #tags.
