Over deze extensie
If you have ever had a spreadsheet open on one screen and the same web form open on the other, retyping row after row, this is for you.
CSV Form Filler loads a CSV from your computer, matches its columns to the fields on the page you are on, and fills the form one row at a time. Click, check, submit, next row.
How it works
What it handles
• Text inputs, textareas, dropdowns, checkboxes and radio buttons.
• React and Vue forms. It dispatches the input and change events those frameworks listen for, so the values stick instead of vanishing when the field loses focus. That is the part most autofill tools get wrong.
• Any standard CSV. No template, no required column names, no import step.
Who uses it
• Data entry into an internal tool or a portal that has no bulk import.
• QA engineers testing a form against twenty variations of the same input without typing them.
• Anyone filling the same supplier, patient, student or booking form over and over from a list.
• Migrating records into a system whose only entry point is the web UI.
Privacy, plainly
Your CSV is read in your browser and never leaves your machine. No network requests, no server, no analytics, no tracking, no account. It only acts on the tab you are on, and only after you click.
Free. No sign-up. Nothing to configure.

How it works
- Open the page with the form on it.
- Click the extension icon and load your CSV. The first row is treated as the column headers.
- The extension lists every input, textarea and dropdown it found on the page and auto-matches your column names to them. Fix any mapping it guessed wrong.
- Click "Fill Form with Row". Use the arrows to move to the next row.
