Blue Dark Theme door menkuri

This is a slightly blue dark theme made to look beautiful in the Proton UI of Firefox 89.

I recommend it to people who feel that the theme is hard to see, active windows are hard to distinguish, it is hard to distinguish the currently selected tab from others, and the address bar and search box are hard to see since Firefox 89.
