AgentOnWeb brings the native DeepSeek Harness (DSH) workspace into ordinary web pages. Keep conversations, models, tools, approvals, sessions and plugins in their familiar interface while watching a video or reading documentation.

Chill: a translucent workspace with adjustable opacity.
Focus: an opaque workspace for concentrated work.
Watch: a compact dock that keeps the website interactive.
Double-tap Option/Alt in Chill to switch interaction between your workspace and the website. Changing modes keeps your session running.

Firefox setup requires Node.js 22.19+, the latest DSH, and the AgentOnWeb DSH plugin 0.2.0:
1. npm install -g @deepseek-ai/dsh@latest
2. Configure your model-provider credentials in DSH. Provider charges may apply.
3. dsh plugin --profile web add @agentonweb/dsh-surface@0.2.0
4. Start DSH with dsh web.
5. Open AgentOnWeb on a normal website, expand the dock, click +, choose DeepSeek Harness, and approve Allow connection in DSH.
Restart DSH after installing or updating the plugin. Revoke access in DSH Settings > AgentOnWeb.

AgentOnWeb 0.2.0 also introduces Codex terminals, multiple tabs, workspace switching, session activity and notifications. The one-command terminal/native-pairing setup currently supports macOS + Chrome; Firefox users should use the DSH workflow above. See the full guide for supported setup options.

The extension does not include DSH, Codex or a model-service subscription. Protected browser pages cannot host the workspace.
