NOTE: This add-on is only relevant to people residing in Norway.

If the current website is listed in the Norwegian Tax Authority's list of businesses registered in the Norwegian VOEC (Vat on E-Commerce) registry, an icon with the logo of the Norwegian Tax Authority will be displayed in the address bar. In short, this means that if you see the icon in the address bar, you should not have to worry about VAT or custom fees or delays due to customs processing when shopping at the said site as everything will be included in the price you pay when checking out.

The Norwegian Tax Authority updates the list periodically . The original list is available at https://www.skatteetaten.no/en/business-and-organisation/vat-and-duties/vat/foreign/e-commerce-voec/online-shops-and-e-marketplaces-registered-in-the-voec-register. The add on will be updated as the list is updated. Check the release log for details.
