SeatOps Usage Tracker records which SaaS applications you actually use, so your organization can right-size its software licenses instead of paying for seats nobody opens.

Firefox lets you choose: allow every website for full coverage, or only the sites you pick (Settings → Tracked Sites) for partial coverage by design. Nothing is recorded until you allow at least one site. Sign in with your work email, or with Google through the sign-in popup.

WHAT IT DOES:
• Detects visits to a curated registry of 78+ SaaS applications across 16 categories (CRM, design, collaboration, developer tools and more).
• Measures active time per app using tab focus, window focus and idle detection, so dwell time reflects real use.
• Identifies which account you are signed in with on each app (from page metadata, cookies and login forms) so seats can be matched to people. Field values on login forms are never read.
• Works with single-page apps: client-side navigation is tracked without page reloads.
• Stores everything locally first, in daily buckets with automatic compaction and retention.
• Optional sync: sign in to your SeatOps workspace (password, or Google / Microsoft SSO) to send usage events to your team's dashboard. Nothing leaves the browser until you sign in.
• Activity Log: search and filter every captured event, paginated 50 rows per page.
• Export your data as JSON or CSV at any time.
• "Sync, then clear" and "Clear now" controls put you in charge of local data.
• Light and dark themes.

PRIVACY FIRST:
• Only known SaaS domains are recorded. Ordinary browsing is ignored.
• Query strings are stripped from every URL before storage.
• Passwords, form contents and page text are never captured.
• Data is synced only to the SeatOps workspace you signed in to, over HTTPS.
