When you reach for the old habit out of reflex, you arrive at the new one instead.

It doesn't lecture you and it doesn't count streaks. It changes the destination, so the same five minutes you were going to spend anyway leave you a little better at something you actually chose. That adds up — and the people around you get the better version of you too.
