ElementFlow — Privacy Policy

ElementFlow is a browser extension that lets you pick elements on web pages,
generate a CSV template, and fill forms from your CSV data.

What we collect

Nothing is sent to us. ElementFlow has no servers and performs no analytics
or tracking. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.

Data stored on your device

The extension stores the following locally, using the browser's
chrome.storage.local, on your own computer only:

• Workflows you create (the elements you pick, their selectors, labels, and
  settings).
• Run history (timestamps, which workflow ran, and pass/fail counts).
• Usage counters (for free-plan limits) and an optional license key you
  enter.

This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time from the
extension (Clear history) or by removing the extension.

Data you load

CSV files you upload are read in the page/extension to fill forms. Their
contents are not transmitted by ElementFlow and are not stored after the run
beyond what the target website itself does with the data you submit.

Permissions and why they're used

• Host access / scripting / activeTab — to read the page you choose and
  write your CSV values into its form fields.
• storage — to save your workflows, history, and settings on your device.
• sidePanel — to show the extension's side-panel UI.
• debugger (optional, opt-in) — only requested if you enable the "trusted
  click" (⚡) feature, which needs to dispatch a real input event to certain
  custom widgets. It is not requested at install and can be denied.

Enterprise / managed deployments

When deployed by an organization via policy, an administrator may provision a
license key and pre-installed workflows through Chrome's managed storage. That
configuration is supplied by your organization, not by us.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
