Better GitHub PR View av Maxi

Better GitHub PR View improves the readability of GitHub repository pull request list pages without replacing GitHub's native interface.

It adds compact inline metadata directly to each pull request row so important information is easier to scan at a glance, including status, review state, progress signals, and change volume when available.
