This add-on fetches CT log information from a server operated by Google using a standard HTTPS request. This currently only happens when you manually trigger it, but may be automated in future versions. Only the technical information (metadata) automatically included with every HTTP request (e.g. IP, user agent) is sent.

Future versions will include an opt-in option to verify transparency information against logs. This will ONLY happen when you explicitly enable it.
